Due to the nature of personalized spiritual and consultation services, all service fees are generally non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.
Clients may reschedule an appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled session without additional charges.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are not eligible for refunds.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be treated as a no-show.
No-shows will result in forfeiture of the session fee, and no refund will be issued.
If a client is dissatisfied with the service received, they may request a review or rescheduled session at our discretion.
Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with subjective interpretations, readings, guidance, or spiritual insights.
Clients who wish to dispute a charge should contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
